At Habron, your privacy is our top priority. We never collect or use any private data that could compromise your privacy. Our App requires permission to read your SMS messages in order to verify your mobile number during the account creation process. This helps ensure that only legitimate users with verified accounts are able to use our App.

When you share your location with us, it’s solely for the purpose of delivering your purchased goods to the exact location you specify. This helps save both of us time by avoiding any confusion or delays in locating your address. We strictly prohibit sharing your location information with any third parties, and it’s only accessible to the delivery person assigned to your order.

To ensure that we are able to verify your identity, we ask for your mobile number, name, and email address during the account creation process. This allows us to send you an OTP via SMS to confirm your identity, and ensures that only legitimate users have access to our services. Rest assured that we take your privacy seriously, and we always prioritize the security and confidentiality of your personal information.

Team and Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using our software and services:

  • It is recommended that you purchase compatible hardware for the smooth functioning of the software. However, the choice to buy it from anywhere is entirely yours.
  • We do not attend to any hardware problems, and it is solely the customer’s responsibility to handle them.
  • Any further changes in the software will be charged as applicable.
  • The rates do not include any hardware material.
  • Payment terms must be followed strictly, and any delay in payments can lead to termination of services.
  • Our software is equipped with a piracy system, and any experiment with the piracy may lead to data loss. We shall not be responsible for any such losses.
  • Training videos are available on our website free of cost, and for personal training, charges are applicable.
  • The company shall not be responsible for any data losses, and customers are advised to use the backup facility for safety.
  • Internet connectivity is mandatory on the machine/computer on which the software is installed as we are internet-based service providers.
  • After one year of free maintenance, AMC charges are applicable at Rs.7500/- per year for the server and Rs. 2500/- per machine per year for nodes. Applicable charges for the App at the time of purchase (all charges are yearly). It does not include training.
  • Service calls shall be attended within 48 working hours, and only on the internet.
  • Any pricing format can be altered only once, and for the next, it will be charged.
  • The AMC due date shall be exactly one year from the date of installation. If the payment of AMC is not received before the due date, service shall be terminated without notice.
  • Suggestions or changes in the software are welcome, and only if found acceptable, it will be done on a chargeable basis.
  • Implementation is neither our guarantee nor our responsibility.
  • The charges are not for the software but only for its maintenance. Placing an order for the services implies that you know the product and have made sure that it fulfils your requirements. The charges will not be refunded in any case.
  • Service hours are from 11.30 am to 7 pm Monday to Friday and 11.30 am to 2 pm on Saturday. Services are closed on Sunday and other holidays. However, during the Diwali period, services are available from 10 am morning to 2 am night (on internet only).
  • GST tax is extra as applicable.
  • For a multi-user system, the charge is Rs. 7500/- per node per user.
  • Any delay in payments will lead to the termination of services. We hope that our software fulfils your requirements, and we assure you of the best of our services.
